Love to walk? Want to join Bike and Walk Morristown but weekday mornings are too rushed? Then Walk.Talk.Weekend was created with you in mind!
Scheduled for the FIRST Saturday of every month, Bike and Walk Morristown (BWM) will be leading an hour-long walk exploring our incredible town. Meet up at the Running Company, where we’ll return to enjoy some munchies and chat with new friends.
With temperatures hovering between 25 and 30 on Saturday, be sure to dress warmly so you’re comfortable.
Remember these tips shared by Risa Olinsky, certified Wellness Coach, at her recent Walk your Way Through Winter workshop at Morristown Medical Center. Layers work best and allow flexibility as you warm up. Wear fabrics that wick away moisture and be sure to leave your cotton at home. Wool socks, a hat and mittens are a must.
Start your Saturday off on the right foot and join us!

A 13-year resident of Morristown, Marcy can be found leading one of Bike and Walk Morristown’s weekly walks from the Vail Mansion on Tuesday mornings at 8, posting, commenting and sharing on Facebook about the many organizations she loves and supports, madly trying to use the abundance of produce she gets from the Community Supported Garden (CSG) at Genesis Farm and attempting to organize her home. Some of those efforts are more successful than others!
